Dr. Bellonzi discusses a psychiatrist's who told his patient that she would need to be on his drugs for the rest of her life. He put her on powerful antipsychotic drugs and performed ECT, electroshock therapy on her. He refused to do any medical test on her or allow her to get nutrition consulting or weight loss help. Psychiatry is not a replacement for physical medicine.
